With varied backgrounds and years of experience that include chanson, country, blues, rockabilly and more, Ruby Red and the Bakelites are a five-piece band with a style that mixes swing, blues and gypsy jazz. Drawing on the works of Hoagy Carmichael and Nat King Cole through to Kurt Weill, Leonard Cohen and many more, Ruby and the band have a range of great songs that span the decades, and that can work for any event or audience.
